This is a 15-minute, FULL BODY kettlebell HIIT workout.
No matter what level of fitness you're at, this workout will leave you sweating. It's a follow-along workout that you can do anywhere. At your home, gym, or at a local park, so there are no excuses for you not to workout.
The only equipment needed for the full effect of the workout is a single kettlebell.
Kettlebell weight you should pick:
Beginner: 6 - 10 kg (14 - 22 lbs) (feel free to go even lower if you need to)
Intermediate: 12 - 20 kg (26 - 44 lbs)
Advanced: 20+ kg (44+ lbs)

• Full Body HIIT Workout
• Time: 15 Min + Warm Up & Cooldown
• Intervals: 30s On/ 10s Rest
• Equipment: 1 Kettlebell
