This is a 10-minute IRON CORE kettlebell HIIT workout.
This is an ab workout that will leave you sweating.
The only equipment needed for the full effect of the workout is a single kettlebell.
Kettlebell weight you should pick:
Beginner: 6 - 10 kg (14 - 22 lbs) (feel free to go even lower if you need to)
Intermediate: 12 - 20 kg (26 - 44 lbs)
Advanced: 20+ kg (44+ lbs)
