This is a 10-minute LEGS CRUSHER kettlebell HIIT workout.
It's a follow-along workout that you can do almost anywhere.
The only equipment needed for the full effect of the workout is a single kettlebell.
Kettlebell weight you should pick:
Beginner: 6 - 10kg (14 - 22lbs) (feel free to go even lower if you need to)
Intermediate: 12 - 20kg (26 - 44lbs)
Advanced: 20+ kg (44+ lbs)
