10 MIN Legs Crusher Kettlebell HIIT Workout

 

This is a 10-minute LEGS CRUSHER kettlebell HIIT workout.

It's a follow-along workout that you can do almost anywhere.

The only equipment needed for the full effect of the workout is a single kettlebell.

Kettlebell weight you should pick:

Beginner: 6 - 10kg (14 - 22lbs) (feel free to go even lower if you need to)

Intermediate: 12 - 20kg (26 - 44lbs)

Advanced: 20+ kg (44+ lbs)

• Time: 10 Min + Warm Up & Cooldown

• Intervals: 30s On/ 15s Rest

• Equipment: 1 Kettlebell
